Global One Resource Group is Women Owned Small Business that provides a variety of High Risk Training and Risk Management services to government and commercial clients. Our leadership is comprised of retired Military and Law Enforcement personnel who know firsthand that quality training and risk management often means the difference between life and death. Therefore special attention is given to providing services that are current, proven, and practical.

 

The core elements of our training services include facility support, training task analysis, curriculum development, weapons training, force protection training and instructor support services. Our 100 acre training facility, located in Fairfield Utah is comprised of shooting ranges, paved driving tracks, off road driving tracks, military certified drop zones, lodging, and dinning. These resources allow us to provide realist training to our government and commercial clients that are best in class.

Additionally, we are a full service provider of risk management services. Our staff has years of experience in the risk management industry and offer a level of expertise that is unsurpassed. Our team’s capability gives us the ability to design, build and staff comprehensive risk management programs that protect our client’s critical infrastructure. The core elements of our risk management program include: Program Management, Technology Integration, Guard Service, Vulnerability Assessments, Emergency Planning and Response and Training.

Management Staff
Our management staff has years of experience managing training contracts for the US Government. This experience spans all branches of services and covers every level of training; from course development to course management, to coordinating complex live fire exercises.

The majority of our management staff are retired military and law enforcement personnel, allowing our management processes and corporate infrastructure to integrate seamlessly with existing corresponding military organizations. This defined structure stresses execution and accountability at all levels. Our management understands first-hand the importance of quality training and knows that training often means the difference between life and death. Therefore special attention is given by the management staff to ensure our training services are the latest in tactics, techniques and procedures.
 

Meet the Global One Management Staff:

 

*Executive Vice President Jim Sierawski
Jim draws his experience from his Military and Law Enforcement career. Jim spent over 20 years in the Joint Special Operations community as a United States Navy SEAL. During this period he earned his Combat Action Ribbon, title of SEAL of the Quarter at SEAL Team Five and SEAL of the Year at NSWDG. Jim retired and became a Police Officer with the City of Virginia Beach. He spent the next four years working as a Police Officer and then accepted a position as the Director of Training with the US Training Center. During the next eleven years he developed training and security programs for Department of State, Department of Defense and Other Government agencies. These programs were developed to protect US Personnel operating in some of the most dangerous places in the world. These programs were complex involving recruiting, training, equipping and deploying thousands.
Jim now brings his experience to Global One Resource Group where he is a managing partner.

*Executive Vice President Rob Baugh
Rob derives his experience from the law enforcement and Defense Contracting career. Rob has over 15 years of Law Enforcement experience in one of the largest resort cities in the United States. During this period he achieved the rank of Sergeant. Rob became a certified Criminal Justice Training Specialist and started to lead several training programs for his Department. After 15 years of Law Enforcement service Rob accepted a job as a Force Protection Training Specialist with Blackwater Training Center. Soon after accepting this position Rob deployed to Iraq and was assigned to Ambassador’s Bremer’ Protective Detail. Here Rob gained invaluable experience in Force Protection and Security operations. Upon returning to the states Rob’s management experience was soon recognized and he became the Director of Navy Training managing multiple Navy contract to include, the Navy Center for Security Forces Anti-terrorism Training programs. In the next ten years the contract under his purview grew from 30 million dollars to in excess of 70 million dollars.
Rob now brings his experience to Global One Resource Group where he is a managing partner.
